This large Crottin made from pure raw goat milk comes from Poitou-Charentes. The milk, which is collected from the farms daily, is immediately processed and hand-worked. During the maturing process, an attractive, thin, rippled yeast rind develops. Its smooth paste delights thanks to a very pleasant goat flavour.
